1. As a result of this procurement, the successful offeror will be responsible for providing and maintaining all aspects of the day-to-day operations and offerings. 2. Assume the lease with approximately two years remaining for the building located at 583 Grant Street, Old Clarkesville Mill, Clarkesville, GA 30523. Lease payments are $3971/month or $47,648/year. 3. Programming includes, but is not limited to, Tumble Tots (ages 2-3), Gym Twisters (ages 4-5), Novice and Intermediate Gymnastics (ages 6+), and Tumbling (ages 6+). 4. Offerors should have successful experience operating a gymnastics center/program within the past five (5) years. 5. Offeror must provide examples of previous program planning and experience to include: program participation numbers, annual growth, scholarships, years of experience, and other measurables. 6. Proposals will enable the County to gather additional information and identify a qualified Offeror to perform the services described in the Scope of Work and specifications. The County will conduct a comprehensive, fair and impartial evaluation of all proposals received. An evaluation committee will be established by the County to evaluate the Proposals. The County reserves the right to determine that no qualified Proposals have been received and reject all Proposals. 7. After the initial Proposal evaluation, one (1) or more Offerors may be invited to meet with members of the Evaluation Committee for a formal interview. At the County's discretion, selected Offerors may be interviewed and re-evaluated based upon additional information received in these meetings against criteria stated in this RFP. Offerors may be asked to provide the Evaluation Committee supplemental information regarding demonstrated competence and qualifications, feasibility of implementing the Project as proposed, ability to meet schedules, costing methodology, or other factors as appropriate.
