Vendors must be able to offer a variety of activities, such as arts and crafts, creative writing, STEAM, photography, physical education, etc. Each proposal must include a sample schedule detailing the times and descriptions of each activity. Vendors are required to disclose all subcontractors and their roles, providing fingerprint clearance cards for each staff member in compliance with Arizona state law. Staff qualifications, including relevant certifications and experience in enrichment program instruction must also be outlined. To ensure alignment with district needs, vendors must submit at least 2 letters of support from previous or current site administrators and or teachers where successful programs have been implemented, confirming the program's ability to meet school goals. Proposals should detail management procedures including student supervision. Vendors must also present a plan for monitoring and reporting program effectiveness, which includes measuring student participation and academic achievement.
