Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Demolition and removal of the two-story metal building. This includes all attached appurtenances. 2. Demolition and removal of conveyor system between the demo building and existing site building. 3. Removal and disposal of asbestos – Pending Asbestos report - None is expected due to the nature of the building construction, but the Asbestos report will be uploaded as an addendum to this project upon its completion. Inspection is scheduled for October 1st. 4. Removal of metal floor section within existing adjacent building. 5. Contractor must have adequate on-site dust control and erosion measures in place. 6. Maintain protection of adjacent structures, utilities, and properties.
