1. Collaborate closely with MSDE during the initial phase of hiring, assisting in the review of applications and conducting initial screenings of candidates. 2. Coordinate the final interview round for selected candidates, ensuring alignment with MSDE's requirements and quality standards. 3. Facilitate post-interview debrief sessions with MSDE to refine HQIM reviewer profiles and ensure they meet the desired criteria. 4. Engage with MSDE’s HQIM core team to understand project requirements and timelines 5. Develop a comprehensive recruitment and communications plan to recruit reviewers for all 3 roles: Team Lead, Reviewer, and Report Developer 6. Advertise the reviewer positions broadly to ensure a robust pipeline of candidates for all roles in all content areas 7. Collaborate closely with MSDE on initial hiring for each content area to ensure norming on quality reviewers and process alignment 8. Develop a strong interview panel aligned to MSDE’s expectations, and maintain a robust, objective, and fair selection process with robust documentation of alignment to state and federal legal requirements pertaining to hiring of contractual employees. 9. Maintain a pool of active reviewers for the duration of the contract as per the needs of the HQIM initiative 10. Develop and follow a strong and consistent communication plan with both MSDE and the reviewers.
