DAILY SERVICES [Specifically provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday] 1. Sweep and/or dust mop all tile/linoleum floors and entrances, vacuum floor mats and all carpet areas. 2. Clean all lavatories, including deodorizing and disinfecting toilet bowls and urinals, scouring wash basins, cleaning stall walls and mirrors of splash marks, polishing all chrome trim, and mopping restroom floors. 3. Clean entry door glass and interior glass partitions to include door frames and jams. 4. Fill all dispensers with toilet paper, towels, seat covers, and soap holders. The city may provide these items, which will be in supply closets. 5. Sweep outside steps and stairs. 6. Remove fingerprints and smudge marks from woodwork, tables, doors, jams, railings, and wall switches. 7. Empty all trash containers into the dumpster in the alley. 8. Dust or wipe clean furniture, counters, desks, filling equipment, windowsills, and ledges. Work materials on a desk are not to be disturbed; however, dust the open areas. WEEKLY 1. Remove all stains from carpet and linoleum floors. Buff linoleum floors and re-wax as needed. 2. Hose off walks and stairwells at all building entrances, weather and water restrictions permitting. 3.
