KG instrumentation is unique in configuration and technology, all parts used in the instrumentation are exclusively manufactured by or specifically for Bruker Daltonics GmbH & Co. KG.The Bruker MALDI service can only be conducted by Bruker engineers as the specifications and training is specific to Bruker and can not be completed by any other party in the US. Bruker Scientific LLC has an extensive network of Field Service Engineers in the US to provide expert level support, both on-site and via remote connection.
