New Case work and Solid Surface Counter Tops in the Multi-Purpose Room 113 at the Neosho Senior Center. The scope of work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, removal of existing cabinets, countertops, install new cabinets, new solid surface countertops, electrical modifications, plumbing modifications and fixtures. We will also be adding cabinets and a stove (that we will purchase) on the existing south wall in the Multi-Purpose room. Will need to verify that the electric there is in working order. Notes: • Prospective bidders are responsible for verifying exact layout, quantities, and footages. • Bidders shall visit the site and meet with the owner to confirm measurements and scope of work prior to bidding. • Bidders shall incude all necessary items for complete scope of work. • If necessary, painting wall when old cabinets are removed and new installed.
