Site Assessment and Research: • Conduct and oversee site assessment studies and prepare appropriate technical reports required by the EPA and Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation in print and electronic format. • Prepare quality assurance documents in accordance with EPA regulations. • Evaluation of cleanup options and risk assessment analysis and costs. Community Engagement • Produce informational and meeting materials as necessary; • Produce a priority site list and site-specific forms as necessary. Site management & Maintenance • Quality assurance documents • Up to 20 phase 1 ESAs, up to 10 Phase II ESAs • Other surveys or documentation including Regulated Building Material (RBM) surveys, SAPS, HASPs, or others as required by the EPA. Clean up and reuse planning • Assist the MOA with planning or analysis on Area-wide plan studies • Assist the MOA in creation of Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCAs)
