C-TRAN is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide multiple sized decals, both standard and reflective for interior and outdoor use on the C-TRAN buses and signage. Please refer to Exhibit A for descriptions of the decals mainly used by C-TRAN. All colors and pigments must be permanent and guaranteed not to fade. C-TRAN uses approximately 2,600 decals, both reflective and standard material on its fleet of buses, metal street signs, pedestrian crossing signs and various other uses. Many of the decals that C-TRAN uses are custom made and may be one-time designs. 1. Multiple size decals- standard and reflective a. Numbers/Letters from 1” X 1” to 4” X 4” b. Various designs from 2” X 2” to as Large as 3’ X 3’ or 20” X 48” c. Striped decals from 4” X 24” to 12” to 72” 2. Logo Designs- standard and reflective a. Smallest 6” X 6” b. Largest 32” X 32” 3. Bus stop and Street decals- standard and reflective a. Bus stops decals- with numbers and letters- standard 12” X 18” b. Street metal signs – No parking, Buses only, Pedestrian crossing, etc. i. From 6” X 12” to 24” X 24”. The designs of the products can change periodically, so C-TRAN will ask that proofs be submitted to the Inventory Manager for approval before fabrication no later than 48 hours after receipt by the Contractor of the artwork and final specification of the given product(s).
