II. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Contractor will provide all labor, material & equipment needed to complete this job. 2. Install appropriate fall protection hardware and follow all OSHA Rules. 3. Remove existing roof panels and install new 26-guage PBR Galvalume metal panels in its place. 4. New roof panels will be installed with 3-#14 x 1 ¼” Extended life metal roofing screws per foot at eaves directly to structural steel framing. Above the eave line, the screws will be placed at 1 screw per foot to existing purlins. Additionally, a bead of mastic sealant will be used on all seams and stitch screws will be used at the panel side laps. The stich screws will be installed from 3” from panels start and then every 18” up the roof. 5. Install new 22-guage Galvalume valley gutter and line the gutter with TPO roofing to eliminate all seams. 6. Install new eave trim. Color to be determined. 7. Install new rake trim. Color to be determined. 8. Install of (8 each) 10’ ridge vents, 4 each at each ridge evenly spaced across the roof of the building. 9. The job site will be kept in a neat and orderly fashion through duration of the job and all removed materials will be hauled away from site at completion. 10. Contractor will provide a 5-year workmanship warranty after date of completion. 11. Contractor will provide a 20-year warranty on materials.
