The media agency will be expected to collaborate with key USD Marketing, Communications and University Relations staff in planning, buying and optimizing a strategic media/advertising plan for the university. The scope of services includes: - Develop a comprehensive media plan designed to meet USD’s goals for brand awareness, lead generation and engagement. 8 o Media plan should consider existing contracts already committed for the FY25 fiscal year. o Recommend new media tactics and budget allocations for an additional media spend ranging from $100,000-200,000 (including agency fee). - Negotiate and purchase all new media placements and communicate deadlines and deliverables to USD media trafficking team. - Work with USD digital team to ensure all digital media tracking is properly installed across the USD website and all social properties. Provide ongoing optimization and recommendations for all digital advertising campaigns. - Provide regular reporting (monthly preferred, quarterly acceptable) on all campaigns along with recommendations for adjustments throughout the cycle. - Additional one-off campaign budgets may be added on occasion, please provide fees and process/parameters for additional planning requests outside of the scope of the annual plan.
