The Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) is seeking a vendor to construct a new pre-engineered 3-sided pole building at Horseshoe Lake State Fish & Wildlife Area in Alexander County. The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of upon last signature to June 30, 2025. In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years. 30 ILCS 500/20-60. The estimated value of this Contract will be over $50,000.00. Please read the entire solicitation package and submit a Bid for evaluation in accordance with the instructions. All forms and signature areas contained in the solicitation package should be completed in full and submitted along with the price proposal which will constitute the Bid. Bidders should keep the instructions and a copy of their bids for future reference.
