Design Development: o Develop detailed design plans based on the selected concepts. o Provide renderings and visualizations to communicate the design intent. o Prepare design documentation suitable for pricing and implementation. 3. Cost Estimation: o Provide a comprehensive cost estimate for the proposed designs to assist in the RFP (Request for Proposal) process and subsequent implementation. 4. Project Management Support: o Collaborate with the City’s project team during the planning and execution phases. o Ensure that the designs are implemented as intended and within budget.
