Referral and Response. Contractor shall accept referrals for stabilization services or reunification services, both generically referred to as the “Referral,”from ODHS during ODHS’ normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific, Monday through Friday), utilizing an ODHS-approved referral form. Upon receipt, Contractor shall: 2.5.1.1 Initiate contact with the Family within 24 hours of receipt of a stabilization referral; and/or 2.5.1.2 Initiate contact with the Family within 5 business days of receipt of a reunification referral. 2.5.2 Location and Timing of Services, and Service Capacity. Contractor shall: 2.5.2.1 Deliver services in accordance with the number of hours, frequency of contacts, and the Work requested in the referral. The number of service hours required will vary depending on the needs of the Family and agreed upon service goals; 2.5.2.2 Deliver services in the Family's home, community, local facilities, or location preferable to the Family. Examples of local facilities may be community-based service organizations, faith-based organizations, or other governmental service entities;
