This project consists of the Phased demolition / removal of the northern most section of the Sallyport enclosureâ fence including the existing Interior Horizontal Vehicle and Man/Swing Gates. The award contractor will install new fencing assembly, including a taller and wider new Horizontal Gate with Electric Closure Control System, a new Man/Swing Gate per the Project Drawings & Specifications, resulting in the expansion of the enclosed Sallyport by 30â Northward. The Project will also include the demolition / removal & replacement of the Exterior Horizontal Gate, as well as two (2) each, existing Man/Swing Gates, one (1) each within the fence on the East & West sides of the Sallyport. The Project also includes Electrical wiring & raceway that will need some minor revisions to accommodate the larger Sallyport, and removal of the existing Sallyport and installation of a new Vehicular Crash Barrier System to be located on the Interior (Institution) side of the newly expanded Sallyport.
