The purpose of this Competitive Procurement is to receive competitive bids to evaluate and, as appropriate, award three–four Contracts for the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) to procure goods and/or services as set forth herein. Pursuant to Washington’s Procurement Code for Goods and Services, RCW chap. 39.26, state agency purchases of goods and services must be based on a competitive solicitation. Therefore, OSPI is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from Consultants interested in participating on a project to complete the development of openly licensed instructional material aligned to Washington state learning Standards that builds student understanding of the histories, contributions, and perspectives of one or more historically marginalized and underrepresented groups
