If awarded the contract, the vendor will be required to abide by the following requirements, obligations and responsibilities: (1) Provide replacement of all fluorescent and incandescent lights in the front office building, restrooms, Ruan offices upstairs, hallways and staircases to upstairs offices, safety training office, dispatch office, maintenance office, and receiving office. (2) Provide single tube fixtures that are embedded in drywall or metal ceiling are to be replaced with 4’ linear, direct wire LED tubes 1800 lumens or better, 500k LED. Bypass and remove original ballasts. (3) All 2’x4’, 2’x2’, 4’x4’, and 1’x4’ fixtures are to be replaced with white Integrated LED Flat Panel Troffer Light Fixture. 5000 lumens or wattage adjustable for maximum brightness and 5000K LED color temperature. (4) All can-lights must be upgraded using the retrofit LED with built on trim rings, 5000k. (5) Removal of old track lights and power tracks, replace with updated tracks and LED light heads. (6) Surface mount lights are to be 48”, 5000k LED White Wraparound style. (7) Working line voltages 120 to 277. (8) Fluorescent tubes are to be properly hauled away and disposed of by the contractor. Old fixtures may be placed in the on-site metal scrap dumpster. (Optional)
