Ease of use and accessibility are essential for the success of this product. Yondar’s ability to operate seamlessly through a web interface is particularly critical, as it eliminates the barriers associated with app downloads and account creation, ensuring broad accessibility and user participation. The agency has been unable to locate similar web-based solutions. Based on the needs of the State and the price point in relation to budget, the State has found Yondar as the only viable option.
