The Office of Legislative Management on behalf of the Connecticut General Assembly is soliciting proposals for the composition and the composition of the indices of the Official 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028 Connecticut Public and Special Acts. The following is the Scope of Work that the CGA anticipates including in the Contract with the awarded respondent: B.1.1 Composition of the Official 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028 Connecticut Public and Special Acts The awarded respondent shall perform the following work at a unit price in accordance with Attachment A, Attachments A1- A4, upon Contract award: (a) Compose and provide the electronic pages of the 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028 Connecticut Public and Special Acts; and (b) Refer to Schedule 1 for the following Composition specifications: i. Introduction and Summary of Composition Services Required; ii. Composition Project Specifications and Deadlines; iii. Composition, Page Style, and Format of the 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028 Connecticut Public and Special Acts; and iv. Sample Composition Word Files. B.1.2 Composition of the Indices to the Official 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028 Connecticut Public and Special Acts The awarded respondent shall perform the following work at a unit price in accordance with Attachment A, Attachments A5 – A8 upon Contract award: (a) Compose and provide the electronic pages of the Indices to the Official 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028 Connecticut Public and Special Acts; and (b) Refer to Schedule 2 for the following Indices specifications: i. Introduction and Summary of Indices Services Required; ii. Indices Project Specifications and Deadlines; iii. Composition, Page Style, and Format of the Indices of the 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028 Connecticut Public and Special Acts; and iv. Sample Indices Word Files.
