The Office of Legislative Management on behalf of the Connecticut General Assembly is soliciting proposals for the printing, binding, shipping, and delivery of the Official 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028 Connecticut Public and Special Acts. The following is the Scope of Work that the CGA anticipates including in the Contract with the awarded respondent: B.1.1 Printing and Delivery of the Official 2025, 2026, 2027, & 2028 Connecticut Public & Special Acts The awarded respondent shall perform the following work at a unit price in accordance with Attachment A, Attachments A1 – A4, upon Contract award: (a) Print, bind, ship, and deliver the Official 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028 Connecticut Public and Special Acts; and (b) Refer to Schedule A for the following Printing specifications: i. Frequency of Publications; ii. Print Runs; iii. Number of Volumes per Set; iv. Number of Pages; v. Trim Size; vi. Delivery of Electronic Pages; vii. Composition; viii. Stock; ix. Presswork; x. Proofs and Advance Copies; xi. Binding; xii. Packaging; xiii. Labeling of Cartons and Envelopes; xiv. Delivery; xv. Shipping of Sets; and xvi. Bult Delivery of Sets/Additional Volumes. B.1.2 Bulk Shipping/Delivery of Sets of the Official 2025, 2026, 2027, & 2028 Connecticut Public & Special Acts The awarded respondent shall perform the following work at a unit price in accordance with Attachment A, Attachments A1 – A4, upon Contract award: (a) Make all necessary arrangements for inside delivery by adequate crews of all sets and additional volumes, if needed; and (b) Refer to Schedule B for the following necessary information regarding bulk shipping and delivery of sets: i. Delivery Location; ii. Quantities to be Delivered; and iii. Contact Persons. (c) All locations and quantities provided in Schedule B are estimates and subject to change in any year.
