1. Demolition of existing waterclave units, water piping and ancillary equipment. 2. Demolition of existing treated water piping (within the first floor ceiling), including risers up to the existing dental chairs. 3. All work within the first floor ceiling shall be done after 6:00 p.m. All work must be completed, ceilings reinstalled and space cleaned by 6:00 a.m. the following morning. Contractor shall include required shift differentials, overtime pay, for Friday night into Saturday as necessary within their bid. 4. Install new RO system and new sterilizer system within second floor mechanical room. 5. Install new RO and treated water piping, including piping within first floor ceiling. Refer to 1.1.B.3 above.
