Contractor shall perform specialized repair services including emergency calls for all pumps, storage tanks, distribution water lines, SCADA systems, equipment, and other appurtenances included under this contract for the DHHL Moloka‘i Water System, in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and time interval recommendations. In addition, the Contractor may need to support the routine operational and maintenance of the water system during normal business hours and emergency call out during after work hours including weekends, in the event of an unforeseen extended absence of the DHHL Water System Maintenance Helper and Worker. Such routine operational and maintenance services shall include performance monitoring, inspections, repairs, compliance duties, etc., but not limited, to the water pipes, well site and booster pumps, water storage tanks, emergency generator, water meters, etc. These tasks shall be performed by a licensed Distribution System Operator’s Certificate Grade II issued by the State of Hawaii Department of Health Board of Certification of Public Water System Operators.
