3.1 Scope of Work: The scope of work includes the following items and deliverables which will be discussed and refined as part of contract negotiation and project implementation. All of the work will take place in close consultation and collaboration with the AESD Network and OSPI comprehensive school safety leadership team. ● Lead the review, refinement, and update of the 13 School Security Staff training e-learning modules using the Canvas platform. This process will include content support from the AESD and OSPI subject matter experts, and should include a series of feedback/input loops in the refinement process prior to approval by the AESD and OSPI leadership. ● Develop a process for delivery of the training content that ensures participation in the trainings can be tracked for engagement, and completion, by individual ESD region and by individual school district. ● Provide overall project management for the project which will include: o Developing a work plan for reviewing and updating the 13 SSS training modules, including a prioritized sequence for the modules o Establishing a schedule of regular meetings (at least bi-weekly or as-needed) with AESD and OSPI project leadership team to support and monitor the work as it progresses o Providing technical assistance and support for updating the existing school safety and security staff Canvas course platform. o Ensuring all deliverables intended for public distribution follow AESD branding and style guideline, as well as the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines for accessibility, and ensure that any PDF deliverables developed by the same conform to the requirements set by PDF/UA (ISO 14289).
