This work shall include furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to complete the project FIRE DEPARTMENT TRAINING FACILITY (GRADING AND PAVING) as described in the specifications and shown in the plans. Work includes the necessary grading, concrete, and paving to construct all improvements per the plans and the specifications. The water line system as shown on the plans is not part of this project and will be existing by the time this project begins construction. The permanent asphalt patch of the water line trench in Elm Street is a part of this project. The chain link fence shown on the plans is not part of this project. This portion will be installed under a separate contract after this project is complete.
