CCSNH wishes to hire an IT consultant to assist with the procurement and contracting of a new telephone system to be implemented at all entities of CCSNH. The goal of the project is to maximize value to CCSNH by procuring high-quality hardware, software and services at the lowest cost possible. The successful bidder will be expected to: • Prepare and issue one RFP for the procurement of a standard, centralized telephone system for CCSNH, including new hardware, software, installation services and long-term support services • Identify all relevant phone system related data to be gathered by CCSNH for use in the RFP • Review all proposals and prepare a written recommendation for award • Help CCSNH negotiate and develop a contract with the successful bidder
