1. Be responsible for the furnishing of all the necessary linens, to meet contract specifications unless otherwise noted. Contractor shall be responsible for providing laundry carts/hampers (number and size of carts/ hampers shall be determined by facility and contractor). 2. Have the ability, to store emergency supplies at site for up to two (2) days usage. 4 patient units with average of 16 per unit. 3. Maintain stock of supplies at their plant in quantities to permit a seven (7) day operation. 4. Have in force General Liability Insurance and Automobile Insurance. 5. Launder all items with wash formula containing a bacteriostatic PH of 5.5 to ensure odor control. Cleaning process must provide a hypoallergenic product. All washing formulas and rinsing processes must comply, with current standards such as temperature and separations of product.
