The following are the minimum requirements of this RFP: ● Radio System/Infrastructure: ○ Capable of DMR or Analog operation ○ IP Network Capable ○ 5 year factory warranty ○ 10 year non-obsolescence guarantee from the manufacturer ○ Any cables run above ceilings need to be rated plenum, or other appropriate rating as needed ○ System should include ability to monitor system health ○ Monitoring system has ability to send out alerts for issues ○ Capable of encrypted communication ● Mobile Radios: ○ LCD display ○ DMR and analog operation ○ Capable of encryption ○ 8+ hour battery life ● Service and Support: ○ Successful bidder will have technicians located in the area to respond 24x7 to issues. ○ Technicians should be based within 45 minutes driving time to Oswego, IL. ○ Technicians should be trained and certified by the manufacturer of the radio system quoted
