The Sauk County Health Care Center is located at 1051 Clark Street in the City of Reedsburg. Approximately 11.4 acres of cropland are available for lease. Scope of Work 1. The Sauk County Health Care Center cropland is utilized to grow corn and soybeans. 2. Conservation practices including nutrient management, cover crops, and no till will be implemented or maintained on the farm throughout the lease period. 3. Annual farm operations are subject to the county receiving a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) from the City of Reedsburg. Obtaining the CUP has not been an issue in the past. 4. The successful bidder shall adhere to the conditions outlined in the Sauk County Health Care Center Cropland Lease Agreement and the annual CUP.
