This project will require demolition of existing interior partician walls, ceilings, flooring, and lavatory facilities (including under slab plumbing); construction of new 1 hour fire rated partician walls, fire rated doors, lighting, epoxy flooring, acoustical ceilings, and lavatory facilities including showers, floor drains, fixtures, casework, and related plumbing (including under slab as needed). This renovation project requires installation of all new finishes in the construction zone including paint, acoustical ceilings, epoxy flooring, HVAC ceiling grills, diffusers and registers (as applicable), electrical outlets, switches and other necessary devices or structures required to create a newly finished space.
