At a minimum, the selected firm shall provide the following services: Laser Grade Clay Infields: • As needed • Remove any vegetation on clay surface Warning Track Material: • Price per 20-ton load • Type of material – sample required • 1/2" thick • As needed, throughout the year Sand: • Price per load, whitewashed top dressing sand – sample required • As needed, throughout the year • Laser clay surfaces • Blend existing and new clay surface to 2” level using rototilling • Blend in 1 pallet of Turface or equal into each field • Laser grade with new clay for a final grade to tie into surrounding elevations • Clay: Price per 20-ton load, red baseball clay – sample required • Clay: As needed Pitcher’s Mound Repair: • Annually, and as needed • Using clay bricks and mound the pitcher's mound to the proper height and distance • HS Baseball and Baseball field 4, 60’6” mound • Baseball fields 1, 2, 3 have 46’ and 50’ mound • Replacement mounds to be included Lip Removal (where the clay and grass come together on each field) • Once annually, as needed • Removal of the excess turf buildup with sod cutter Sod and Installation: • Use sod cutter to remove area with poor Bermuda sod • Eliminate soil compaction • Replace worn area with new 419 Celebration Bermuda sod or equal approved by Sports Complex Supervisor • Roll new sod area • Include the price for sod in your proposal • Maintain the sod as needed throughout the year Fraze Mowing: • As needed in off seasons • There is a designated area at the Sports Complex to dump the removed material • Sprinkler heads will be flagged by the City or the city can remove
