The County is soliciting bids for a Walk-In Cooler Installation, Design, Site Plan/Survey, and Field Verification (Florida Building Code Compliant). Project Overview a. The contractor is responsible for the design, installation, site plan/survey preparation, and field verification of a walk-in cooler, ensuring full compliance with the Florida Building Code (FBC). b. As-built drawings, product specifications, and a general placement of the desired location have been provided for reference. c. The contractor must prepare a site plan/survey showing the actual location of the walk-in cooler and verify that the final placement adheres to FBC requirements. d. Proposed location of cooler is outlined in attachment A. Parking lot stripping will need to be reconfigured to accommodate the updated placement of the ADA parking space. e. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits in compliance with the Florida Building Code and relevant local requirements.
