Bid includes On call Services to the Water and Sewer Facilities SCADA Systems located in the City Newburyport. On call Services shall be for an hourly fixed rate for on call services during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm and a fixed rate for after-hours 5pm to midnight and midnight to 7am, weekends and holidays. The successful bidder must agree to around the clock coverage and shall provide the Water and Sewer Divisions with a telephone and cell phone contact to reach the Contractor Twenty Four hours per day, Seven Days a Week. Recommended repairs/upgrades to SCADA Systems will be presented to the Department of Public Services by quote from Vendor and include labor hours and itemized material costs. All work requires prior approval from the Department of Public Services Director or his designee (Water Superintendent and Chief Sewer Operator).
