3. Equipment - Coolers: All refrigeration/cooler equipment will be provided and maintained by the vendor. a. Coolers will be stocked by County employees. b. Refer to the below location list for coolers necessary at each location. SCP+R is open to alternative equipment that satisfies the needs of each location. c. Location of equipment will be determined by County employees at each location in collaboration with vendor for size, options, power requirements, etc. d. Provide provisions/pricing of limited-use equipment and resources (such as beverage carts and coolers) with the vendor’s branding for use at special events. 4. Equipment – Self-service Vending Machines: All vending machines will be provided and maintained by the vendor. a. Vendor will furnish and install high-quality vending equipment accepting legal U.S. tender utilizing standard sizes, paneling, lighting, color and other materials. Equipment shall display the Vendor’s name and a local telephone number for daily and weekend service. b. Vendor shall retain title to the machines and assume full risk and responsibility for any loss, destruction, or damage to the machines. c. Vending machines will be installed and serviced by the vendor without charge to the County. d. Vendor is responsible for any applicable license fees, taxes, assessments, or other fees required for the operation of the machines. e. Vendor shall be solely responsible for stocking vending machines to assure product availability. f. Revenue generated from these machines will be collected by the vendor with an agreed-upon commission percentage returned to the County via ACH or check payment. g. Location of equipment will be determined by County employees at each location in collaboration with vendor for size, options, power requirements, etc. h. Refunds for malfunctioning vending equipment shall be made in such offices as are designated and will be refunded by Vendor as requested by the County. i. Vendor should provide option where available to accept credit cards and/or mobile payment.
