Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. 30.2. Vendor shall supply and install 25’ x 6” x 156” Washington Series internal Halyard aluminum flagpoles with M-winch and satin finish with the following specifications: 30.2.1. 6” aluminum gold ball, internal revolving truck, Halyard wire cable, cable assembly and flag arrangement, counterweight, retainer ring, two chrome plated brass flag snaps, M-winch, winch handle, lock and keys, aluminum flash collar, galvanized steel ground sleeve with lightning spike. 30.3. Vendor shall supply and install solar flagpole top-lights made of 18,375 LUX and 4,200 Lumens with the following specifications: 30.3.1. 266 LEDs that emit up to 4,200 LM, 3.7 volts, 10,000 MAH lithium batteries, waterproof for 100% flag light coverage. 30.4. Vendor shall install flagpoles and solar lights to the following conditions at a minimum: 30.4.1. Remove and/or trim any brush/grass as needed in order to dig a hole to pour a concrete footing. 30.4.2. Concrete footings shall be prepared in accordance with standard practice and State regulations to prevent breaking, cracking, and deterioration to properly support the flagpoles mentioned in paragraph 30.2. 30.4.3. The flagpoles at the Berlin, NH site require 2’x8” galvanized steel ground sleeves. 30.4.4. One existing flagpole at the Berlin, NH site shall be relocated on-site
