King County seeks to establish a multi-tiered contract for the following services: Lab & MRO for the majority of King County testing. These specimens are collected in-house by County employees who are qualified in accordance with DOT regulations. Collection, lab & MRO at multiple locations throughout the Central Puget Sound region for transit subcontractors who perform DOT-covered work for King County, including provisions for scheduled and unscheduled weekend, holiday, and after-hours drug and alcohol testing. Subcontractors will establish their own accounts with the Service Agent, subject to the provisions if this agreement.
