Evaluate the condition of existing paint/surface in order to determine if it should be repaired or replaced • At 718 Francis Ave: power wash area, where appropriate; scrape disrupted and/or peeling surface covering, where appropriate • At 718 Francis St: apply primer coat and finish paint with appropriate coverage to exterior surfaces indicated, where appropriate, in a manner appropriate to the historic nature of the structure • At 724 Francis St: all storm windows shall be removed, numbered, cleaned, and reinstalled after work is completed. • At 724 Francis St: scrape disrupted and/or peeling surface covering, where appropriate • At 724 Francis St: apply primer coat and finish paint with appropriate coverage to exterior surfaces indicated, where appropriate, in a manner appropriate to the historic nature of the structure • Remove all trash and debris from entire work site
