The selected Proposer shall be required to adequately meet the public’s demand for a full-service Cafe by providing an efficient and professional operation. Specifically, utilizing its own resources the selected Proposer shall provide all personnel and equipment necessary to establish and maintain high levels of customer service and to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and standards governing the operation of a full-service Cafe and related amenities on the Airport. The selected Proposer will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the Cafe, including providing all supplies, equipment, operating personnel, insurance, permits and licenses, maintenance and repair, and all other labor and material necessary or required for the adequate and continued performance of the Cafe. The Airport Manager (or his designee) shall review the day-to-day operations of the Cafe no less frequently than quarterly.
