The Department for Facilities and Support Services (DFSS) maintains and operates approximately 6.5 million square feet of state-owned buildings, primarily in the Frankfort, Kentucky area. Some of these buildings are historical structures that need constant repair and maintenance work in order to keep the building operating. To maintain the current existing structures in the areas, the Commonwealth needs a qualified, licensed vendor to perform Plumbing repairs on an as-needed basis. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor and supervision required to maintain, service and repair the defective plumbing condition(s) in the facility(s) in conjunction with the required repairs necessary to maintain the facilities as directed by the DFSS.
