This project will provide Complete Streets improvements along 23rd Street (M-78) from M-291 to Speck Road. The selected consultant is expected to provide engineering services necessary for the design, permitting, bidding, and construction phases of the project. Anticipated services include, but are not limited to, the following: a. Project Management and Coordination b. Topographic Survey c. Preliminary Plan preparation d. Public Meetings e. Geotechnical investigations f. Right-of-Way Plan preparation and legal descriptions/exhibits for property acquisition. g. Permitting submittals (including environmental and historic preservation permits, as necessary) h. Utility Coordination i. Final Plan preparation j. Contract documents preparation including Specifications (Construction Book), and Engineering Cost Estimates k. Assistance during the bidding process
