1.2.1 Project Management Services: • Quality Assurance Plan • Project Management Plan 1.2.2 Project Programming and Pre-Design Services: • Conceptual design (approximately 30% design) • Evaluation of existing facilities and associated infrastructure • Feasibility studies including evaluation of various alternatives. • Needs assessments. • NEPA documentation and justification of environmental determination 1.2.3 Design and Permitting Services: Design firm will provide support services with design including coordination with relevant thirdparty consulting services including land surveying, geotechnical investigations, and special inspections, coordination with relevant stakeholders and regulatory agencies including but not limited to the City of Omaha and the State of Nebraska. At minimum, this process will require: • Drawings including architectural, structural, civil, electrical, mechanical, landscape and others as needed. • Permitting submittals to approving agencies • Construction (100%) documents. • Bid documentation designed in accordance with all applicable codes and ordnances, including project manuals, posting on Standard Share or other related locations. • Attend all pre-con meetings for projects. • Facilitate opinion of probable cost and Independent Cost Estimates. • Guidance for supporting FTA’s requirements for security, ADA accessibility, and other relevant programs. 1.2.4 Construction and Bid Phase Services: • Review and respond to requests for clarifications and substitutions from potential bidders. • Respond to Addenda as necessary. • Attend and participate in pre-bid meetings, walk-throughs and other similar events. • Review contract documents as it relates to change orders, pay applications and project closeout.
