WASHING AND PREPARATION: Existing surfaces are to be cleared of all debris and cleaned and prepared in compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications of the product(s) submitted by the vendor. APPLICATION: Apply the restorative coating to the entire surface following the manufacturer’s application specifications. If a second coating is required to obtain the specified warranty, follow the manufacturer’s specifications for curing and recoat. ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS: Follow the manufacturer’s application requirements for range of temperatures &/or humidity to allow for proper curing. If conditions will adversely impact the ability of the vendor to complete the installation by the April 30th requirement, vendor is required to communicate this with as much notice as possible (no less than 30 days).
