St. Tammany Parish Government requires Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials to remove existing water heaters and replace them with new ones located at St. Tammany Parish Jail, 1200 Champagne Street, Covington, LA 70433. Building A – Laundry Room Water Heaters Contractor will disconnect and remove two PVI water heaters from the mechanical room in Building “A”. Contractor will procure and conduct the complete installation of two new PVI water heaters, Model 100L 225A-PVX (or equivalent) with standard controls. Contractor will furnish and install new shut-off valves in hot piping and gas piping to each water heater. Contractor will provide water heater start-up, place in operations, and instruct STP Jail staff on proper operations. Building E – No. 3 Water Heater Contractor will disconnect one No.3 PVI water heater in Building “E”. Contractor will procure and conduct the complete installation of one new PVI water heater, Model 120L250A-MXG (or equivalent) with standard controls. Contractor will furnish and install new shut-off valves in hot piping and gas piping to each water heater. Contractor will provide water heater start-up, place in operations, and instruct STP Jail staff on proper operations. Contractor will obtain all necessary permits and all work will conform to all applicable building codes. Contractor must provide 1 year warranty on all equipment, parts, and installation. St. Tammany Parish Jail staff will accept delivery of new water heaters and be responsible for disposing of old water heaters at auction.
