3.1 Marana Unified School District is requesting bids for the Wade McLean Pool Refurbishment project at MHS. 3.2 Contractors are required to have the appropriate license(s) to perform the work as determined by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) 3.3 Provide bonds, materials, labor, equipment, and services as needed to complete Part 1 and 2 for the below scope of work: 3.3.1 Part 1 Demolition of interior pool existing plaster, interior tile, drains, and underwater pool lights. 3.3.2 Part 2 Pool Refurbishment: a) Pool tile, overflow grates, overflow trench, and Sikaflex b) Pool Ladder Steps and Existing Handrails c) Pool Underwater Lights d) ADA Compliance e) Plaster and Pool Drains 3.3.3 (Alternate)- Replace eight (8) starting blocks like-for-like with Spectrum Big Horn 2115-Long Reach
