The Work of this Contract under the Base Bid generally includes the following: 1. Construction of circular tank farms and pavilion-style Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings 2. Installation of proposed water supply for tank farms 3. Installation of proposed liquid oxygen tank and vaporizer 4. Construction of equipment and vehicle storage garage 5. Construction of wase treatment facilities: a. Drum filter building b. Circular settling clarifier c. Sludge Storage facility; General: Renovation of a portion of an existing facility. 1. Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services as indicated in accord with provisions of Contract Documents. 2. It is the intent of the Contract Documents to describe a functionally complete project. Furnish and install all supplementary or miscellaneous items, appurtenances, and devices incidental to or necessary for a sound, secure, complete, and functional installation.
