This program, Automobiles Manufactured in Georgia Initiative (herein referred to as “AMIGI”) will be administered through the DOAS State Purchasing Division according to the policies, procedures and program requirements established by the DOAS Commissioner and will be available to all State of Georgia governmental entities subject to the State Purchasing Act, including but not limited to certain state offices, agencies, departments, boards, bureaus, commissioners, institutions and colleges and universities. In addition, the AMIGI program will also be made available to all other governmental entities such as state authorities, local government, municipalities, cities, townships, counties, and other political subdivisions of the State of Georgia, in accordance with established (local) purchasing rules
