The TH vendor shall be required, at a minimum, to provide real-time, interactive via telephone and videoconference consultations with Mental Health Services to plan participants twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week with minimal wait time. These TH Vendor services are defined as the HIPAA-compliant delivery of health care services such as diagnosis, consultation, or treatment through the use of interactive audio, video, or other electronic media to improve a person’s health and well-being. The TH Vendor should note if texting services are also available. Additional optional services/specialties may include but are not limited to the following: Mental Health Counseling-Virtual Mental Health Counseling-In Person (Please note geographic considerations, as pertinent) Primary Care Provider Psychiatrist Specialist – Dermatology
