The Kentucky Community and Technical College System, Office for Facilities Support Services, on behalf of Ashland Community & Technical College (ACTC) desires to procure professional architectural services and an associated project team to accomplish the relocation and expansion of the Cosmetology Program on their main campus in Ashland, Kentucky. This project will renovate the existing Guy & Lisa Springs Child Development Center adjacent to College Drive Campus to accommodate the Cosmetology Program by renovating the two-story building. Currently the Cosmetology Program is in a multi-unit mobile classroom. This project will consist of demolishing existing gypsum drywall walls, doors, flooring and HVAC system. The renovation will include new ceiling finishes, flooring, HVAC systems, lighting, electric and fire alarm updates and renovations to the parking lot. Additional power service transformers and electrical panels will be installed to accommodate Cosmetology’s electrical needs.
