The scope of work includes the abatement and demolition of one one-story school building and associated miscellaneous site features. The building is located on Bedford Road in Woburn, Massachusetts. The scope of work also includes utility disconnection, abandonment and capping; abatement and disposal of all hazardous materials, including asbestos containing materials (ACM), lead-containing paints, and PCB-containing materials; building demolition; disposal/recycling of all building materials; demolition of all subsurface structures (basements, foundations, footings, and frost walls); and demolition of all ancillary items and site features within the Limit of Work, backfilling and site restoration with loam and seed unless otherwise specified.
