A. Contractor shall furnish the labor, supervision, equipment, and materials as necessary to service, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC and refrigeration systems as specified by the County and have the capability to service multiple locations at any given time. B. Bidder must have at least one full-time employee with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification. Certification(s) must be active at all times throughout the term of the Contract and any renewals or extensions. The Contractor shall provide evidence that it meets this requirement within five (5) business days of the County’s request. C. The County has equipment from of various manufacturers, some of which are Trane, York, Mitsubishi, and Fujitsu. The contractor shall be responsible for providing complete repair and/or installation services of HVAC systems described herein and consist of the following types and sizes (regardless of manufacturer) of equipment: 1. Direct Expansion (DX) split and package systems 2. Pumps and motors 3. Hot water systems 4. Air duct systems 5. Exhaust fans 6. Ice maker units and components 7. Window air conditioning units 8. Thru-wall Packaged Terminal Air Conditioning (PTAC) motel type air conditioning units. 9. Dehumidifier systems 10. Space heaters (either gas or electric) 11. Heat recovery systems 12. Ventilation systems 13. Ventilation, exhaust, and filtering systems in the Infectious Disease Isolation Rooms (Note: May require treatment as medical waste)
