RF coverage 2. Equipment lifecycle and reliability 3. System loading and usage 4. RF sites and facilities 5. System deficiencies 6. System backup capabilities 7. Microwave and fiber networks 8. VHF Paging 9. Interoperability communications equipment; B. Identify the existing system's strengths, including areas in the adjoining counties where Winnebago County fire districts provide coverage or mutual aid, and determine what components should or could be retained.
